Once the exchange window opens for a Broadway show, you can exchange your tickets for a different performance date or time, up to 24 hours before your original performance. All exchanges are subject to availability.

Exchanges are available only between performances of the same Broadway show, subject to availability. For example, you can exchange tickets for a Tuesday performance of Elf for a Saturday performance of Elf, but not for a different Broadway show.

You can exchange tickets for one Broadway show per transaction. To exchange tickets for another show, complete your first transaction before beginning the next.

As a Season Ticket Holder, you pay no exchange fees. You pay only any difference in ticket price, depending on the seating section or performance day you select.

Yes. You may purchase additional seats during the exchange process and choose from the available inventory. You can exchange, upgrade, and purchase additional tickets in the same transaction, subject to availability.

Season Ticket Holders receive priority opportunities to exchange or upgrade tickets and purchase additional seats before tickets go on sale to the general public. You'll receive email notifications about upcoming presales, new inventory releases, and important deadlines.

Throughout the season, you can also check your Smith Center account for currently available performances and seating options.

Yes. You can explore available seats online or contact the Season Ticket Holder Hotline about upgrading your seats for an individual performance. Upgrades are subject to availability, and you pay only any difference in ticket price.

Not all Season Ticket Holders include every Broadway show in their package, so additional seats may become available closer to a show's engagement. Other inventory may also be released throughout the season.

Once the exchange window opens, you can check current availability online to explore different performance dates or seats. All changes are subject to availability.

Yes. During the renewal process, you can request changes to your regular Season Ticket seats, including seating location or performance day.

Once Season Ticket Holders have had the opportunity to renew or release their seats, our Ticketing team reviews available inventory and works to accommodate seat-change requests. Any price difference will apply.

Season Ticket ownership cannot be transferred to another person. However, you can share tickets for individual performances with friends or family through your Smith Center Mobile Wallet.
